Thanks for pic's FF they bring back childhood memories, my Brothers used to put newts near to my feet to scare me  and often we would fish for sticklebacks with a little net, and put them in a jam jar..but Mom always made us return them to the water before heading home..  x |

Thanks FF!! We all need a bit of cheer and it's usually nature which fulfils that need! BUT..............our neighbourhood has a sparrowhawk which is causing a bit of a kerfuffle! He is beautiful though, except when he's attacking a blackbird. Lots of blossom appearing on the trees and shrubs and my clematis' have loads of buds. Can't remember them flowering this early in the year before.🌸🌸🌸 Keep the photos coming please! Rosebush, I also used to go stickleback fishing and newt catching..........always put them back too! Thanks everyone. There's plenty of frog spawn in the pond as well. I was even bored enough to take photos of some of the flowers my wife received for mothers day.    |

Loved the flower pics FF! How's the pond digging going Robert!!!!! ?? We filled ours in when the grandchildren came along as they are all boys and wanted to test out depth, temperature, wildlife etc. Had 3 daughters who NEVER did that sort of thing!!!!
