Dear owners,
The recent Decree of the President 3/2021, of January 16, and the Order of January 16 of the Ministry of Health, establish the new measures in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia in application of Royal Decree 926/2020, of October 25, by which the state of alarm is declared to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-COV-2.
These mobility restriction measures will remain in effect until 00:00 hours on February 1.
1. LIMITATION OF ENTRY AND EXIT IN THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF ANDALUSIA.
The exit and entry of people from the Andalusian Community is prohibited, with the following exceptions:
a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
b) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.
c) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.
d) Return to the place of habitual or family residence.
e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
f) Travel to financial and insurance entities or refueling stations in neighboring territories.
g) Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies.
h) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.
i) Taking exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.
j) Displacement to carry out collection acts in orchards by their owners or tenants, as well as the care and feeding of animals.
k) Assistance to veterinary care centers for urgent reasons.
l) Displacements of athletes of absolute category, high level or high performance, coaches, judges or federated referees, for the sports activities of official competitions that are authorized at any time by the health authorities, which will be accredited by means of a sports license or federative certificate.
m) Due to force majeure or situation of need.
n) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
2. LIMITATION OF THE ENTRY AND DEPARTURE OF PEOPLE IN TERRITORIAL AREAS OF A GEOGRAPHICALLY LOWER CHARACTER THAN THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF ANDALUSIA (PROVINCES AND LOCALITIES).
2.1. The entry and exit of people between the different provinces of the Autonomous Community is prohibited.
2.2. The entries and exits of Andalusian municipalities whose incidence rate is greater than 500 accumulated cases per 100,000 inhabitants are prohibited.
In the province of Malaga they are: Villanueva del Rosario, Mollina, Cañete la Real, Villanueva del Trabuco, Alcaucín, Alfarnate, Sayalonga, Comares, Vélez-Málaga, Algarrobo, Canillas de Albaida, Arenas, Álora, Alhaurín de la Torre, Manilva, Moclinejo, Gaucín, Faraján, Genalguacil, Ronda, Benarrabá, Teba, Almargen, Alameda, Salares, El Borge, Benamocarra, Alfarnatejo, Monda, Ardales, Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Igualeja, Cartajima and Agatocín.
In these cases, no one will be able to enter or leave your town except for justified reasons.
2.3. Of the Andalusian municipalities, with a rate of more than 1,000 new cases in the last 14 days, they will have to close all commerce and non-essential hospitality, in addition to being confined to the perimeter.
In the province of Malaga they are: Alameda, Almargen, Monda, Salares, Ardales, Igualeja, El Borge, Benamocarra, Cartajima, Coín, Alfarnatejo, Alhaurín el Grande, Algatocín and Teba.

www.mapacovid.es/ 3. LIMITATION OF THE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE IN NIGHT SCHEDULE (TOUCH OF REMAIN).
The movement of people is limited at night in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia in the time slot that runs from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., as a specific measure of containment and prevention, to face the health crisis caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19). However, the circulation of people in said time slot will be allowed for compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations, as well as for the return to the place of habitual residence after carrying out some of the permitted activities. Specifically, the movement of people in said time slot is allowed for the following reasons:
a) Acquisition of medicines, health products and other essential goods.
b) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
c) Assistance to veterinary care centers for urgent reasons.
d) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.
e) Return to the place of habitual residence after carrying out some of the activities foreseen in this section.
f) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
g) Officially recognized matches of professional sports competitions and national scope, and international matches organized by FIFA, UEFA, FIBA and Euroleague basketball.
h) Activities of fish markets, first sales dispatch centers, central markets and supply markets for agri-food products.
i) Refueling at gas stations or service stations, when necessary to carry out the activities foreseen in the preceding paragraphs.
j) Development of hunting activities linked to the control of the overabundance of game species that can cause damage to ecosystems, in the productive cycles of agriculture and livestock, and road safety.
k) Due to force majeure or situation of need.
l) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.
4. RESTRICTED HOURS OF SHOPS AND HOSPITALITY
All activities, services or establishments will limit their time activity until 6:00 p.m.
ACTIVITIES CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL will maintain their usual schedule. That is, without prejudice to the time limitation for activities, services or establishments provided in the previous sections, the following exceptions are established:
a) Industrial activity and wholesale trade.
b) Retail commercial establishments of food, beverages, products and essential goods.
c) Health centers, services and establishments.
d) Professional services, insurance, and household employees.
e) Social and socio-sanitary services.
f) Veterinary centers or clinics.
g) Commercial establishments dedicated to the sale of automotive fuel.
h) Vehicle rental and vehicle technical inspection stations.
i) Home delivery services.
j) Soup kitchens and other establishments for the delivery and distribution of food with a solidarity or charitable nature.
k) Wakes.
l) The practice of federated sports, governed by their respective protocols, in indoor and outdoor sports spaces in the age category from 16 years to the absolute category. Sports centers for the performance of physical activity that are outdoors for federated and non-federated sports, provided they are not contact sports.
m) The centers and services for the execution of judicial measures and criminal mediation services for minors, as well as family meeting points.
n) Early Childhood Care Centers and Outpatient Treatment Centers.
ñ) Public employees.
o) The restaurants of tourist accommodation establishments, which may remain open as long as it is for the exclusive use of their clients.
p) Integrated catering services in health, social and health centers and services, school canteens and canteen services of a social nature.
q) Other restoration services for training centers not included in the previous paragraph, and restoration services for work centers for workers.
r) The restaurant services of the fuel supply establishments or loading or unloading centers or the vending of prepared food, in order to enable professional driving activity, compliance with the regulations on driving and rest times, and other essential activities to be able to carry out freight or passenger transport operations.
The restaurant services may perform home delivery services until 11:30 p.m., establishing the deadline for placing orders at 10:30 p.m. They may also provide takeaway food pickup service until 9:30 p.m.
5. FAMILY AND SOCIAL MEETINGS
The permanence of groups of people in spaces for public and private use, both closed and outdoors, is conditioned on not exceeding the maximum number of FOUR PEOPLE, unless they are living together.
The Government is asked for the possibility of advancing the curfew at 8:00 p.m. and ordering home confinement in those municipalities with a rate greater than 1,000 infections per 100,000 inhabitants. At the moment the central government has not authorized this measure.
We ask that you take extreme precautions in your community of owners, that you always wear the mask in common areas, comply with all the rules and wash your hands whenever possible so that together we can lower the "curve".
THE CURRENT INCIDENCE IN BENALMÁDENA IS: 337.6 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, so there is currently no perimeter confinement, but they must take into account if they move to a closed municipality they will not be able to do so unless be that it goes to any of the questions that are allowed.
