Can anyone (perhaps Admin) tell me why my profile is showing me as a new member when I've been a member for years? Could it perhaps be because I haven't posted for a while? Also, I cannot reply to a to anyone else's thread, it asks me to sign in as a guest.

I think it's because when the forum was moved to a new platform all the statistics about previous posts made were lost. This meant everyone went back to being a new member until they built up sufficient new posts to move to the next level.

FF is correct. The rating is calculated by the number of posts you make. And it was restarted in Dec when we changed hosts.
I have adjusted the number of posts required so people should climb the ratings ladder quicker. The first step is now just 25 posts.
